Troubleshooting
Text edges look soft at low DPI
Raise the DPI setting before rendering — the image is drawn from the page at the resolution you choose, and low DPI reduces sharpness.
A page with transparency renders with a background
JPEG cannot store transparency. Switch to the PDF to PNG tool when you need transparent backgrounds.
