A closer look at Watermark PDF
Watermark PDF adds a text or image watermark to your PDF with live controls for position, opacity, rotation, size and color. Choose which pages receive it: all, selected, a range, odd/even, first or last.
It is the standard tool for marking drafts before sharing — a big 'CONFIDENTIAL' across proposal pages, a company logo on exported documents, or a subtle label so previews are never mistaken for final versions.
Text watermarks use the built-in PDF fonts with bold or italic options; image watermarks are drawn from a PNG or JPEG you upload. The watermark is stamped onto the page in browser memory and the result is downloaded locally.

Troubleshooting
The watermark is too faint to read
Increase opacity or font size. Opacity below about 25% reads as a subtle label, which is intentional for previews but too faint for drafts.
The logo image looks stretched
Use a PNG or JPG with a reasonable aspect ratio; the tool sizes the image to a fixed width, so very wide or tall images may look stretched.
