A closer look at Organize PDF
Organize PDF gives you full page-level control over a document: reorder pages by dragging thumbnails, rotate individual pages, duplicate, delete, insert blank pages, or extract a selection into a new PDF.
It is the tool to use when a document is almost right but the page order is wrong, or when a scan arrived with blank and duplicate pages mixed in. You can also insert a blank separator page before filing.
Inserted blank pages are A4-sized and marked 'Blank page inserted with RookPDF', so you can always tell them apart from real content. All edits are applied to a copy in browser memory and the finished PDF is downloaded locally — your original file is never modified.

What to keep in mind

I deleted a page by accident
There is no undo stack, so re-upload the original PDF and redo the arrangement, keeping a backup of the source file.
Blank pages look odd after printing
Inserted blank pages are intentionally marked. If you don't want the marker, delete the blank page and let it be handled by the printer or a separate insert step.
